Unbounded, LLC shall not be responsible for delays, penalties, filing issues, compliance deficiencies, missed deadlines, or adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by clients. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds All fees paid to Unbounded, LLC are compensation for professional time, expertise, consultation, analysis, training, preparation, administrative work, and services rendered. All sales are final. Consultation fees, advisory fees, accounting fees, bookkeeping fees, payroll fees, tax preparation fees, training fees, cohort registration fees, subscription fees, retainer fees, implementation fees, and other service fees are non-refundable once services have been scheduled, initiated, delivered, performed, attended, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the client. Client dissatisfaction, failure to achieve a desired outcome, changes in business circumstances, grant decisions, funding decisions, contract award decisions, organizational performance, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, failure to implement recommendations, or disagreement with professional advice shall not constitute grounds for a refund. Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice. Missed appointments, no-shows, and cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be forfeited without refund or credit. Training programs, workshops, cohorts, digital products, downloadable materials, templates, recordings, educational resources, and online content are non-refundable. Any such refund shall be issued solely at the discretion of Unbounded, LLC. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension, cancellation, or termination of services. Clients are responsible for applicable payment processing fees, returned payment fees, collection costs, chargeback fees, attorney's fees, and other costs incurred in the collection of unpaid balances to the extent permitted by law. Scheduling and Appointments Consultations, advisory sessions, and other appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients are encouraged to provide at least twenty-four (48) hours' notice when rescheduling appointments. Repeated missed appointments, excessive cancellations, or failure to attend scheduled meetings may result in denial of future scheduling privileges or termination of services.
