Refund Policy

**Effective Date:** June 19, 2026 At Unbounded, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality professional services, consulting, training, and advisory support. Because our services involve the reservation of professional time, expertise, preparation, analysis, and delivery of customized services, all purchases are subject to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy. --- General Refund Policy All sales are final. Fees paid to Unbounded, LLC compensate the firm for professional time, expertise, consultation, analysis, preparation, administrative work, training, and services rendered. Unless otherwise required by law, refunds are not provided for services that have been scheduled, initiated, delivered, performed, attended, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the client. Client dissatisfaction, failure to achieve a desired outcome, business circumstances, funding decisions, grant decisions, contract award decisions, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, or failure to implement recommendations do not constitute grounds for a refund. --- Consultations and Advisory Services This includes, but is not limited to: * Strategic Financial Consultations * Executive Advisory Consultations * Fractional CFO Services * Strategic Planning Sessions * Financial Management Consultations * Compliance Consultations * Grant Readiness Consultations * Organizational Development Services Consultation and advisory fees are non-refundable. Clients may request to reschedule appointments with at least twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice. Appointments missed without notice, no-shows, and cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before a scheduled appointment may be forfeited without refund or credit. --- Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Tax Services This includes: * Accounting Services * Bookkeeping Services * Payroll Services * Financial Statement Preparation * Tax Preparation Services * Tax-Related Support Services * Internal Controls Assessments * Risk Management Services Fees for professional services already performed are non-refundable. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered regardless of whether recommendations are implemented or outcomes differ from expectations. --- # Training Programs, Workshops, and Cohorts This includes: * Grant Readiness Accelerator™ * Workshops * Webinars * Cohort-Based Programs * Customized Training Programs * Workforce Development Training * Board Governance Training Registration fees are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled session does not entitle a participant to a refund. At the sole discretion of Unbounded, LLC, a participant may be permitted to transfer registration to a future session when requested prior to the start of the program. --- # Digital Products and Downloadable Resources All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, recordings, workbooks, and educational resources are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted or materials have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. --- Retainer Services Monthly retainers and recurring service agreements are non-refundable. Clients remain responsible for fees associated with work performed prior to termination of services. Termination procedures are governed by the applicable engagement agreement. --- # Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Clients agree to contact Unbounded, LLC directly to address billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through a financial institution or payment processor. Initiating a chargeback after services have been delivered, attended, accessed, downloaded, scheduled, or otherwise made available may constitute a breach of the Terms of Use.
